Crestron Shortlisted for Three Awards in Upcoming InAvation Awards

26/11/2009

Crestron has reaffirmed its place as the leading manufacturer of control and automation solutions by being shortlisted in no fewer than three categories in the forthcoming InAVation Awards.

The company’s DigitalMedia solution, TPMC-3X and TPMC-4SM are all in the running for a prestigious accolade, with the winners being announced at Integrated Systems Europe 2010 in Amsterdam.

A worthy finalist in the Residential Video-Processing or Distribution category, Crestron’s DigitalMedia™ is a ground-breaking solution designed to meet the many technical challenges of HDMI. DigitalMedia, is the first complete HD AV distribution system to allow any mix of AV sources to be distributed throughout a home from a centralised rack location, without loss of quality or inherent latency.

The new TPMC-3X has been shortlisted in the Residential Control category.  Providing the full Crestron experience in a small, mobile form, this handheld WiFi Touchpanel delivers remarkably long range, omni-directional communication.  And, competing in the Commercial Control category is the TPMC 4SM. The stylish, low profile 4" touchpanel has continued to break new ground since its 2009 launch and has earned its place in the final.

Now in their fourth year, the EMEA+ InAVation Awards recognise and reward the achievements of those working in the diverse AV integration sector.
