Crestron is delighted to announce that Sustainable Energy Ireland has recognized the energy saving benefits of the company’s GreenLight™ lighting control products. This recognition ensures that companies choosing relevant products will be eligible for tax breaks under the ACA (Accelerated Capital Allowance) scheme.
The ACA is a tax incentive for companies paying corporation tax and aims to encourage investment in energy efficient equipment. The scheme offers an attractive incentive to allow companies to write off 100% of the purchase value of qualifying energy efficient equipment against their profit in the year of purchase.
“Gaining ACA approval for our products is excellent news,” says Niall Duggan of Crestron Ireland. “Companies looking at installing lighting control will now have an added incentive to choose Crestron as they can buy into the bigger automation picture. Being able to integrate your lighting control with other services, such as audio visual and HVAC, opens up real potential for seriously cutting your carbon footprint. We’re looking forward to increasing awareness of how Crestron can help companies achieve all their environmental goals.”
The Crestron GreenLight™ products are designed for control of lighting in office buildings, warehouses, sports facilities, public spaces - anywhere centralised control is required. With a range of sizes and configurations available, every Crestron Green Light system is fully scalable to fit any installation.
