T&T Communications (http://www.tandt-communications.com) of Essex has won the "Best International Crestron Home" award in the prestigious Crestron Integration Awards 2007.  Presented by Crestron Electronics’ President, George Feldstein at CEDIA Expo in Denver, the award was collected by Tony Harper, Managing Director of T&T in the UK.

TandT accepting Award at CEDIA US“We are thrilled to have received a Crestron Integration Award,” commented Tony Harper. “We were up against some stiff international competition, and securing this prestigious award is testament to the hard work our staff put into this exciting project and acknowledgement of our commitment to the very highest standards of design and installation.”

T&T won the award for their work on "Project C", a new build in the east of England which consisted of the creation of a truly interactive home, integrating the very latest technology into the fabric of the building as it was being built to provide a home which is almost entirely controllable at the touch of a button. From heating and ventilation to lighting, security and entertainment, all are available from a simple user interface. ‘Project C’ has 130 lighting circuits tied into 20 keypads; 24 discrete zones of radiant heat with remote air and floor temperature sensors connected to centralised Crestron thermostats. In addition there are 16 audio and eight video Crestron-distributed zones, including an on-site professional recording studio.

“The Integration Award-winning dealers embraced Crestron Total Home Technology to create some of the most amazing installed systems on the planet,” says Robin van Meeuwen of Crestron UK.  We at Crestron appreciate all the hard work, dedication and creativity of those who have helped us succeed this past year.”

Crestron’s Integration Awards are designed to recognise the achievements of residential dealers who have embraced Crestron’s Total Home Technology solutions and are announced at the annual CEDIA show in the US.  The scheme is open to Crestron dealers and installers worldwide.
